Refund policy
At Midnight Maker, our goal is to provide you with high-quality and authentic pieces that enhance your spiritual practices and delight you with their artistic beauty. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Delivery Disputes
In the event of a delivery dispute where the courier service confirms delivery but the recipient has not received the package, we will undertake an investigation with the courier company to resolve the matter. It is the recipient's responsibility to provide a safe and secure location for delivery. We strongly recommend specifying a safe place with the courier to minimise the risk of loss or theft. If proof of delivery is provided by the courier, our liability is limited as the delivery company is responsible for ensuring the parcel reaches the correct location. As a gesture of goodwill, we may offer a discount on future purchases, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for the lost item.
Damages and issues
At Midnight Maker, we take great pride in handcrafting each item with care and attention to detail, creating unique pieces of art for our valued customers. Our crafts may carry slight imperfections, which we believe add to their charm and authenticity as handmade creations. Therefore, please note that refunds will not be issued due to these minor variations.
We understand that accidents can happen during shipping. If your product arrives broken in pieces, we will gladly offer you the choice of a refund or a remake of the item. Simply contact us via email at Returns@MidnightMaker.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will promptly assist you with the return process. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
As each item is meticulously crafted to order, we strive to ensure timely delivery. For items currently in stock, please allow up to 4 weeks for processing and delivery. For custom designs, kindly allow up to 6 weeks. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and products that have been water damaged. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
To maintain the longevity of our products, we advise against submerging them in water or using them for food consumption. Our creations are intended for decorative and ritual purposes, and we recommend handling them with care to preserve their beauty and unique features. If products have been submerged into water it will weaken the product, each clay creation is glazed with UV resin to ensure its hardiness.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
