Custom Orders may take longer, up to 8 weeks. When requesting a  Custom Creation you will be given an Estimated time. Please note when ordering multiple items, the order processing time will depend upon the items. I make all the Jewellery and clay pieces by hand and the process takes time. Do you do customisations/ custom creatives?

Yes! I can customise items based on their colour for you. Please send colour swatches for reference and any specific details you would like. For Custom creations please detail your idea, size of item and colours you would like. Please note depending on the size & detail of customisation shipping & creation time may vary.

 

 

I’ve placed an order, how long will it be?

Firstly, Thank you so much for your order! Each piece I create is custom-made, including any special requests like specific colours or designs. My turnaround time is typically 1-6 weeks. This is because I handcraft and hand-paint each item, then cure it in resin to ensure it's durable and beautiful, before finally preparing it for shipping.

I understand this may seem like a long wait, but I want to make sure your item is lovingly crafted, cleansed, and blessed before it arrives. Additionally, as a disabled business owner with Functional Neurological Disorder (FND), I sometimes experience challenges, especially with my hands, which can temporarily pause my crafting. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding while I work to create something special just for you!

 

 

My Expected Delivery Date is saying a very long away (approx 4 weeks)

This extended timeframe is primarily because our expected delivery dates are based on items that may take the longest to process. However, rest assured that we work diligently to get your orders to you as soon as possible.

We'll keep you updated throughout the entire process, including when your order has been dispatched. You'll receive tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your parcel. For specific processing times for particular items, we recommend referring to the table provided on our website.

Additionally, please keep in mind that for orders being delivered to the USA, the shipping time may be slightly longer due to international shipping considerations.
